Duties and responsibilities

• Check the birds stock in daily basis. Farm and average weight details to be reported to BM and RO marketing people.
• Average weight details to be collected from the ETS.
• Arrange the labour, as per the vehicle loading capacity. If it is traders own labour, verify the number of labours for the loading.
• In case of complaint farms, Visit the farm before lifting.
• Feed control should be done three hours before lifting.
• Weighment Scale calibration to be done periodically. Every day verify the scale and check the charge condition in the scale.

Accountability

• Report mail to be sent to RO before 7.30 a.m
• To communicate the correct body weight to trader.
  Stock register & Sales register maintenance
• Scale stamping checking and maintenance
• Farm Allocation & Farm Planning
• Farm Completion
• Vehicle cancellation at farm level
• Service complaints
• Scale day to day calibration
