Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building materials sector.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products to contractors, architects, builders, and dealers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and client visits.
• Understand client needs and provide solutions using the companys range of building materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve brand positioning.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Knowledge of building materials such as cement, tiles, sanitaryware, pipes, paints, etc., is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
