Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role involves networking, marketing properties, negotiating deals, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients.
    • Conduct property showings, open houses, and presentations.
    • Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay updated on local real estate trends and property values.
    • Provide clients with market insights and data to inform decisions.
  • Sales and Negotiation:
    • Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate terms.
    • Close real estate transactions efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
    • Create and implement marketing strategies to promote listings.
    • Utilize social media, email campaigns, and traditional methods to attract buyers.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Prepare necessary paperwork, contracts, and agreements.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Certification:
    • High school diploma
    • Any graduation.
    • Any post graduation.

  • Skills and Experience:
    • Proven track record in sales, customer service, or real estate (preferred).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate tools.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing platforms.
