- IDENTIFY CLIENTS AREA / SECTOR / TRADE ROUTE WISE.
- DRAFT GROWTH PLAN IN THIS ORGANISATION AND SET GOALS TO ACHIEVE.
- INITIATE WITH CLIENT AND EXPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICES OFFERED BY FREIGHT FORWARDING DIVISION & GROUP S SERVICES.
- UNDERSTAND REQUIREMENT OF CLIENTS AND EXPLORE OPPORTUNITIES.
- MEET CLIENT S REGULARLY EVERY DAY.
- PREPARE THE LIST OF TARGETED, POTENTIAL & PROJECTED CLIENTS.
- IDENTIFY / ANALYSE THE CLIENTS TO UTILISE OUR FREIGHT SERVICES.
- PASS THE LEADS TO CONCERNED DEPARTMENT IF THE CLIENT REQUIRED OTHER SERVICES OF OUR GROUP.
- DEVELOP PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS
- ONCE ENQUIRIES RECEIVED, PASS TO CO ORDINATOR TO PREPARE QUOTES AND SEND TO CLIENT
- FOLLOW ON THE QUOTE SENT
- DAILY REPORTING OF THE SALES CALL MADE.
- PREPARE WEEKLY SALES REPORTS ON ENQUIRIES, CALLS MADE.
- ATTEND EXHBHITIONS, CONFERENCES TO EXPLORE INDUSTRIES AND GAIN KNOWLEDGE.
- MONTHLY REVIEW MEETING REPORTS TO DISCUSS THE REVIEW AND PLAN OF ACTION FOR THE NEXT MONTH & QUARTERLY.
- AFTER SUCCESSFUL CONVERSION OF A CLIENT TO BIZ, FOLLOW PROCEDURES ON NEW CLIENT APPROVALS / EXECUTIONS TILL PAYMENT.
- CONTINOUS CONVERSION OF MULTIPLE CLIENTS.
- KRA WILL BE SET BASED ON THE ABOVE.
- REVIEW ON THE SAME WILL BE EVERY QUARTERLY.
- DAILY REPORTING TO THE FUNCTIONAL HEAD
