Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to achieve targets through effective lead generation, business development, and cold calling.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
  
• Conduct follow-ups on leads and convert them into paying customers by effectively communicating product benefits.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch sales initiatives and promotions that meet customer needs.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate sales (preferably from top Developers).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in Marketing or relevant discipline; excellent academic record required.
  
• Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly targets through innovative selling techniques.
  
• Strong convincing ability, persuasive power, and excellent communication skills.
