Distribution & Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Primary and Secondary Sales Handling Super stockiest and Stockists
• Monitoring effective coverage & productivity of chemist, super market channels.
• Achieving monthly sales targets.
• Handling Stockists and Inventory control as per company policy.
• Supervise credit limits for Stockists and ensure stock rotation in the outlets.
• Responsible for availability & visibility of all SKU's in outlets. Setting targets to the stockiest and monitoring on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for conducting sales promotion activities and preparing Reports. Working on the beat regularly as per beat plan, giving inputs and highlight problems in areas of sales to supervisors.
• Achieve effective coverage, productivity.
• Managing new product launches /re-launch.
• Carrying out sales promotion schemes.

Job Specification:

• Qualification: Minimum Graduate Experience: 3-5 years. Age around: 30
• Should have worked as a core employee of an FMCG/OTC company.
• Conversant with English, Hindi and local Language.
