Role & responsibilities
1. identifying new dealers and follow up with existing dealers.
2. identifying and follow up of new projects.
3. identifying and follow up new architects/ institutional sales.
4. promotion of products among existing architects/ institutions.
5. Sales and collection in all above sections of customers.
6. long term relationships with dealers/ Architects/ Builders and other institutional sales representatives.
7. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by effectively implementing sales strategies.
8. Presenting the status of activities to Management (Monthly basis)
9. Analysing market trend and assisting Management to take up new products and marketing initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
1. should be fluent in English & Kannada. Basic knowledge of Hindi and Knowledge of any other languages will be treated as an added advantage.
2. Ability to identify and approach potential customers (B2B and B2C).
3. Ability to explain product benefits and technical aspects to non-technical customers.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.
5. Experience in handling sales targets and achieving revenue goals. (For experienced candidates)
6. Providing excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
7. Handling customer queries and complaints effectively.
8. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
