Sales Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential prospects in the process instrumentation field, offering tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
• Promote and sell a range of products, including AHUs, chillers, BMS systems, pressure gauges, temperature gauges, flow meters, level switches, sensors, and process instrumentation, to key stakeholders in the process industry, including HVAC & BMS consultants, contractors, and end users.
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), proposals, and quotations in alignment with client specifications and requirements.
• Negotiations with HVAC & BMS consultants and contractors, ensuring the successful closure of sales deals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of HVAC systems, components, or related products.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, including AHUs, chillers, BMS systems, pressure gauges, temperature gauges, flow meters, level switches, sensors, and process instrumentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel extensively to cover assigned territories.
