Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• To promote the sales of products such as pumps, motors, spares & equipment.
• Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
• To handle complete sales process: include sales inquiry, quotation, follow up and order processing.
• Meeting sales target set monthly.
• Arranging Sales visit weekly (Both National & International)
• Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
• Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
• Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
• Attending industry events to generate business leads.
• Report to Manager/Management on (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales result.
• Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
• Willingness to travel on short notice (domestic and international).

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have Europe Passport
• Good planning and able to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Sales experience in the marine industry will be an advantage.
