product portfolio includes Roll form packaging, Stand up zipper pouches,Spout Pouches etc.

Responsibilities include generating and consuming leads, making sales calls,continuously updating our CRM database. To be successful as a sales coordinator you should be an inspired selfstarter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales coordinator should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Handling CRM which includes monitoring customer feedback, FAQ, customer inquires and complaints.
• Managing leads from IndiaMART and frequently following up with relevant leads.
• Inputting and monitoring SKUs, ensuring that all product listings are displayed properly.
• Managing social media apps Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and twitter.
• Knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Excellent customer service, follow up and sales skills Teamwork and motivational skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer requirements are met and products are delivered on time.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communicator in English and Hindi language.
• Ability to work independently in highly varied settings.
