- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Order Punching
- Dispatch details Updation and their management
- Tour form updation in CRM
- Innovation & execution of lead generation activities
- Setting an appointment for ASM (Area Sales Manager)
- Follow-up after sales meeting
- Data entry in CRM
- Handling orders over the phone
- Prepare and share various reports as and when required
- Handhold the customer from pre-sales till possession
- Advise customers by providing information on products
- Coordinate with various departments for dispatch, on-time delivery, Special Orders, etc.
- Regular Follow-ups
