Job Role :

• Making invoices, vouchers and making sales quotation.
• Coordination with client and internal team.administrative support, Performing clerical drafting of letters,Schedule meetings and managing calendars.
• Coordinate communications, track and follow up on requests, and identify those of importance which require immediate attention.
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
• Vendor Coordination Invoice maintain & track on couriers

Requirement

• Graduation is Required to 5 to 6 years experience in Sales Support
• Verbal & Written communication
• Basic knowledge of MS office & Excel.
