Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in delivering cutting-edge AI and digital transformation solutions to B2B industrial clients. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of proposals, client communication, and sales operations to ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycle. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between the sales, technical, and product teams, contributing to the growth of our business by supporting enterprise-level digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proposal Development: Work closely with sales and technical teams to develop customized proposals, compelling presentations, and well-structured contracts that highlight our AI-driven solutions and digital transformation services, effectively addressing the unique needs of industrial clients.
• Client Engagement: Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients to provide timely responses to inquiries, updates on proposal status, and other client communications.
• Sales Enablement: Assist the sales team in all aspects of the sales process, from lead management to deal closure, including scheduling meetings, product demonstrations, and client follow-ups.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, data science, and product teams to ensure that sales proposals align with the technical and operational capabilities of our platform.
• Market and Client Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads in key industries such as Cement, Steel, FMCG, Chemicals, Pharma, Automobile etc.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular sales performance reports, helping the team track pipeline progress, key metrics, and forecast accuracy.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and preparing for client meetings, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events related to AI and digital transformation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the technology, AI, or digital transformation sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with industrial B2B markets and digital transformation technologies such as AI, IoT, and data analytics.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with digital transformation, AI, or IoT solutions.
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes, particularly within industrial sectors like manufacturing, utilities, and logistics.
• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, data analytics platforms, or enterprise-level software sales.
