Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's products and servicesIdentify customer needs and provide product recommendations based on those needsBuild relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customersNegotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the organization's customer relationship management (CRM) systemAchieve sales targets and objectives
