Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and qualified professional with a Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or an equivalent field. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls to identify and generate new business leads.

2.Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual sales targets set for the financial year.

3.Product Promotion: Organise and participate in customer events, seminars, and other promotional activities to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

4. CRM Management: Regularly update and maintain customer data in the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

5. Project Management: Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within the specified timelines.
