Sales and Application Engineer

MECHATRONICS CONTROL EQUIPMENTS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

We are looking for a Sales professional with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with expertise in the field of Industrial Products, Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Automation Products.

This is a full-time position, and the CTC Range is 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA (depending on the candidate and experience).

Designation: Sales & Application Engineer

Location: Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Gujarat, Kolkata, Jamshedpur.

Educational Qualifications: BE/B. Tech (Mechanical/ EEE)

Years Of Experience: 3 to 5 years

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SALES ENGINEERS:

• Visiting potential customers in designated region daily and generating sales lead.
• Acting as a main contact between the company and its existing and potential Customer.
• Listening to customer requirements and suggesting the right applications.
• Negotiating on price, delivery, and specifications with the customers.
• Negotiating the terms and conditions and closing the sales.
• Recording and monitoring the enquiry, quotations, sales, and order information
• Following up the customer for the payment and other necessary documents.
• Preparing the Weekly plans for visiting customers with the guidance of the Sales Manager / Management.
• Submitting Weekly sales visit report to the Sales Manager / Management.
• Attending weekly sales training, meeting, and sharing best practice with the sales team
• Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
• Informing the clients about the forthcoming products development.

Terms And Conditions:

1. The notice period will be two calendar months. (60 Days) and the candidate must work with us for a minimum period of two years.

2. The office timings 9Am to 6 Pm and we work from Monday to Saturday.

3. Monday to Friday the sales engineer is expected to work in the field, visit customers, generate leads, do cold callings

Saturday 1st half will be the Training Session, Outstanding Payment Discussion with the Finance team, and the 2nd half will be the weekly sales review meeting.

The candidate must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and a laptop. The Candidate must be well versed in the regional language.
