Position Title-Senior Analyst - Data Operation

Location- Pune

Work Mode-Hybrid

Shift Time -3pm-12pm

Role Overview/Your Impact

• This role will handle and take ownership of multiple Telecom Expense Management customers/activities include invoice processing, monthly invoice validation.
• Will interact with Customers and stakeholders on data solutioning requirements and effectively communicate with Internal teams to deliver strong and effective customer experience.
• This is customer facing role and you will be required to communicate with the customers via email and conference calls.

What Does team do

The Department of DataOps is primarily responsible for managing the entire data lifecycle, i.e., from acquisition to consumption for Sakons steady state customers. Data from clients is acquired in many ways, such as Invoice, Inventory, HR, MDM, etc. DataOps manages the data pipeline and continuously looks out to maintain data quality while streamlining data acquisition and management processes. Furthermore, if there are data challenges, the group collaborates with cross-functional departments to provide resolution.

What will you do

• Support and guide customer towards Sakons best practices to manage data during the steady state operations
• Understand business needs, objectives and develop data analysis to support effective solutioning for stakeholders/clients
• Perform corrective and evolutive maintenance of all the data exchange and data solution processes
• Assemble, analyze large complex data sets for processing and identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
• Maximize data accuracy by constructing reliable procedures; recognize any discrepancies that need immediate resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate data models that provide management information and analysis of function performance (key performance indicators, metrics)
• Collaborate and coordinate with other departments like Engineering, Product Management and others for issue resolutions and request solutioning
• Develop and maintain internal documents and trackers, ensure compliance to process flows and controls process controls

Our Expectations

• Hand-on experience in complex data solutioning or experience managing automated systems, understanding data/system architecture and upstream/downstream processes
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), ability to interface with stakeholders at varied levels (experience in client facing roles is desired).
• Experience in troubleshooting data issues (related to any part of the data lifecycle of sourcing, validating, data model alignment, validation, publication)
• Good knowledge of data modeling, databases, data warehouses, enterprise systems or SAAS
• Strong presentation and data storytelling skills, experience in data analysis, reporting or dashboarding.
• Strong outlook for data quality
• Results orientated, proactive, takes initiative.
• Good understanding and exposure of project management and coordination skills
• Exposure to JIRA ticketing system would be added advantage.
• Ability to work across regions and cultures
• Ability to work as a team player and partner effectively with cross-functional teams
• Support other members team develop their expertise.
• High work ethics, effective communicator, and sense of ownership
• Highly motivated towards learning and have a strong solution-oriented approach
• Masters or Post Graduate in Data Analytics from a reputed institute(Preferred)
