• Knowledge of IFM sensors, I/O Link, Encoder, Load cell and PID.
• Programing of Schinder, SEW VFD and servo motors.
• TIA Portal, Siemens PLC & WinCC troubleshooting basic Programming.
• Program HMI, SCADA, and PLC systems using Siemens TIA Portal.
• Maintenance and operation of HT and LT equipment like motor, transformer, crane, battery, battery charger, Industrial UPS, DG, and Compressor.
• Knowledge of starters -DOL, start delta, soft starters, variable speed drives & trouble shooting.
• Experience in managing maintenance and troubleshooting of power receiving and distribution system apparatus. {11kv/440v} LT switch yard, HT and LT circuit breakers, protective relays, MPCC etc.
• Troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Oversee and coordinate electrical automation projects from start to finish.
• Oversee electrical maintenance activities, including utility maintenance and facility management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop risk analysis as well as reliability and machine safety strategies.
• Develop capital plans, budget, and controls for department spending.
• Performing periodic initiative-taking asset strategies, such as maintenance routes, preventative maintenance, and other tasks to improve reliability and uptime
• Installing and repairing mechanical drives, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, belts, and couplings
• Reading and interpreting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• Maintaining accurate maintenance logs including labor hours and critical preventive maintenance findings
• Working with the operations and maintenance teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
• Helping meet or exceed production and quality goals while optimizing equipment to reduce waste.
• Applying problem solving methods to identify the root cause and eliminate failures.
• Responsible for scheduling and coordinating all shutdown and repair activities for the facility.
• Responsible for Spare management.
• Looking for opportunities to improve safety, current processes and minimize maintenance costs.
• Willing to work beyond schedules to resolve problems, projects, and emergency repairs.
