MedoPlus Services Pvt. Limited is a for profit company which enables access of rural patients to
timely and qualified healthcare in all the segments of healthcare from primary to tertiary. In the
process, it also creates livelihood opportunities for village based health agents.

MedoPlus approach contributes towards 4 SDG goals of the UN Good Health & Well-Being, Gender Equality, Reduced Inequalities and No Poverty.

Already, 550+ doctors, specialists, labs and hospitals in central UP districts are working on MedoPlus platform and MedoPlus has established a network of MedoMITR in 500+ villages. MedoPlus has successfully completed more than 1.5 lakh health transactions.

MedoPlus was declared winner of the FICCI Healthcare Excellence awards 2024, Bharat Artha awards 2024, and Swiss Re Foundation, Zurich, award in 2023 for its services.

MedoPlus Foundation is an independent sister concern that focuses on finding and implementing solutions to some key rural issues that can best be handled outside a for profit entity. In the immediate past, the Foundation has helped organise a large number of health camps in villages for diagnosis and treatment as well as spreading health awareness.

We are looking for a social responsibility collaborator to build partnerships with corporates,
governments, domestic and international organizations in fulfilling their CSR objectives by
collaborating with MedoPlus and MedoPlus Foundation.

The role involves building a team, expanding the existing donor pipeline, maintaining strong donor relationships, and designing an overall strategy for effective fundraising. This role will be critical to develop and manage the funding goals, as well as continue the strong growth trajectory for the organisation.

Key deliverables :

• Developing and implementing fundraising strategies to secure donations, grants and
investments
• Identify and research suitable new prospects: foundations, corporates and individuals for Medoplus, and cultivate these relationships on behalf of the organization
• Lead and manage strategic partnerships with various international, national and local
organizations to organize fundraising.
• Prepare proposals like pitch decks, FAQs, brochures, case for support, etc.
• Handle external and internal CSR related communications and facilitate contracts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for execution of the program.
• Prepare reports and timely communicate with all the donors.
• Develop a pipeline of campaigns that have a large-scale impact.
• Lead crowd funding for deserving patients.
• Partner with research institutes & pharma and other healthcare companies by facilitating
field level data collection and analysis.
• Prepare and submit monthly impact and progress reports, and take required actions for all
compliances.
• Manage the communications and social media outreach and engagement in order to
magnify visibility

Qualifications & Experience:

• Post Graduate, preferably with MBA in Social Sector / Masters in Social Work.
• 8+ years of professional experience in the not-for-profit & development sectors, primarily
focusing on Business development & Fund raising.
• Fund raising and business development experience in private sector.
• Deep understanding of Indian & global donor & fund-raising ecosystem.
• Exposure in rural projects.
• Experience in public relationship and press relations.
• Experience of working with State level and district level fund raising foundations.
• Experience in managing teams, mentoring staff, and managing partnerships with Indian and
International donors and other stakeholders.
• Has a strong network of existing relationships with CSR, philanthropic organizations will be an
added advantage.
• Has a proven track record of meeting challenging fundraising targets that has directly resulted in increased income for an organisation.
