Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure coding standards, and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
• Full Stack Development:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using React.js on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Project Management:
• Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and project scheduling.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks.
• Architecture and Design:
• Define technical architecture, frameworks, and tools for the development process.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
• Technical Expertise:
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js).
• Proficient in database technologies like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of modern web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Team Leadership:
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving:
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Agile Development:
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of serverless architecture.
• Understanding of microservices.
