Business Analyst

Job Description-

• Bachelors degree in healthcare management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare-focused Business Analyst role or a similar position.
• Demonstrated experience in EHR systems, product management, and healthcare analytics.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in facilitating cross-functional project teams.
• Proficient in data analysis, including the use of SQL, Excel, and healthcare-specific analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
  Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain healthcare analytics dashboards and reports to support product teams, ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
