Production Manager

Plan and coordinate the production process, including the scheduling of production runs and the allocation of resources. Ensure that production processes are safe, efficient, and comply with relevant regulations and standards. Monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to improve efficiency. Manage a team of production supervisors and employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and effective performance. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and engineering, to ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that products meet customer requirements.
