Bot Monitoring Specialist (Automation A360)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Experience with bot monitoring or RPA tools (Automation A360 preferred).
2. Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in performance optimization.
3. Basic understanding of scripting (Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
4. Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

1. Monitor bot performance using Automation A360, ensuring smooth operations
2. Troubleshoot and resolve BOT failures or performance issues.
3. Generate performance reports and track operational KPIs.
4. Collaborate with development teams for bot optimization and updates.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
6. Ensure that all BOTS are scheduled as per guidelines of Business
7. Monitoring and highlighting BOT related issues with the development team

Education:

• Bachelors degree in science or MCA
