Design and Estimation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed designs and technical drawings for glass railing baluster systems using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc).
• Create design specifications, including material types, dimensions, and finish.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and industry & based on client requirements.
• Provide design solutions that meet client requirements and project constraints.
• Address any design-related issues or modifications as needed during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and installation.
• Analyze project blueprints and specifications to determine material quantities and costs.
• Develop detailed Bills of Quantities & Bill of material (BOQ/BOMs) and pricing schedules.
• Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Document estimation processes, cost breakdowns, and project changes.
• Provide regular updates and reports on design progress and cost estimates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in glass railing design.
• Be the brand representative in the field for our products and solutions across diverse stakeholders of Builder, Architects and Interior Designers.
