Job Description
- Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to help us automate the deployment of software solutions. You will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and ICT professionals to provide internal tooling for development and QA teams worldwide. The role involves taking full ownership of the infrastructure, ensuring high-quality solutions, and providing support for key systems such as CI/CD pipelines, release management, containerization, orchestration, and Docker.
- Responsibilities:
- Automate deployment workflows and integrate CI/CD pipelines into development processes.
- Work with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and other tools to manage and maintain cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tooling support and optimize development processes.
- Oversee containerization and orchestration of microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Manage and maintain release and build management systems.
- Support internal users by providing responsive and efficient technical assistance.
- Continuously enhance automation tools and monitor system health and performance.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Docker containerized applications and services in the cloud.
- Desired Profile:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, PowerShell, Git, and CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins or Azure Pipelines).
- Familiar with the Cloud-Native Landscape and automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
- A strong problem-solving attitude and the ability to take ownership of technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to user support.
- Bonus Skills:
- Previous experience in DevOps, ICT, or technical support.
- Experience with Windows networks and Active Directory.
- Exposure to cloud application migration.
- Programming skills in languages such as Python, Shell, or Bash.
