As a Shift Manager at Pluckk, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations during your assigned shift. Your focus will be on managing the team, ensuring productivity, maintaining quality standards, and achieving operational efficiency. This role demands adaptability, leadership, and the ability to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Operations:
  
• Supervise and manage all activities during the assigned shift to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure adherence to operational processes, SOPs, and company guidelines.
• Monitor and manage the performance of team members.
• Team Management:
  
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively.
• Motivate and train the team to achieve operational goals.
• Address and resolve any team-related issues promptly.
• Quality Assurance:
  
• Ensure quality checks and compliance with F&V handling standards.
• Identify and rectify issues affecting product quality or delivery timelines.
• Inventory and Resources Management:
  
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources during the shift.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
  
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  
• Prepare daily shift reports and update key stakeholders on operational performance.
• Log and report any incidents, challenges, or deviations during the shift.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or Fruits & Vegetables industry.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic inventory management tools.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
