Early Years Head

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the Early Years department and ensure the development and implementation of age-appropriate, high-quality educational programs.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Early Years classes, ensuring the effective delivery of the curriculum.
• Work closely with teachers to monitor student progress, provide guidance, and foster an inclusive, nurturing learning environment.
• Organize and facilitate parent-teacher meetings, ensuring clear communication regarding student development and progress.
• Manage and mentor a team of early childhood educators, providing training, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant educational standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Promote the holistic development of young learners, integrating social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood curriculum design and pedagogy.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
