Role & responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to final offer and onboarding.
• In-depth knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes.
• Proven experience in US IT recruitment, Bench Sales, and US account management.
• Proactively identify, source, and attract top talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Conduct in-depth resume screening, phone interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
