Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting daily operations and reporting to the Leads Operations. The role involves various tasks related to member relationship management, member onboarding, project management for events, issue resolution, dashboard management, and content management. Operations Analyst will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operations and provide exceptional support to the ecosystem participants.
Roles and Responsibilities
Managing the CRM database up to date with information regarding member organizations
Maintaining Documentation of all onboarding participants as per the company policies
Publishing ecosystem updates and advisories via various communication channels
Assisting in generating reports and conducting basic data analysis; preparing routine reports on operational performance or key metrics
Ensure publication of MIS/Dashboards to different stakeholders and ecosystem members in a timely manner
Raising critical issues to manager or team lead that affects report delivery and client satisfaction
Assisting internal and external stakeholders in ensure operations policies and guidelines are met
Key Skills and Traits required
3-4 years of experience in operations and/or customer relationship management in BFSI sector
Management degree with specialisation in finance or equivalent
Ability to operate Google suite and Zoho suite applications and will be preferred
Good communication skills in English, appropriate for formal business communication both via email or telephonic conversations
High attention to detail, ability to execute tasks as per the given SLAs
Tolerant of ambiguity and comfortable with a start-up setup
