We are excited to announce that we are currently hiring for the Specialist Position.


Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in RCM/AR (Voice) and Denial Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospital billing.
  • Must be a graduate.
  • Flexible with work-from-office and night shifts.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
  • Ability to understand basic data and take appropriate action.
  • Ability to drive individual and team efficiency and productivity through effective metric management.
  • Ability to coach, train, motivate employees, and evaluate their performance.
  • Ability to strategically lead and develop the team toward improved performance.
  • Ability to delegate and manage workloads and projects across functions within the organization.
  • Ability to problem-solve, handle conflict, anticipate issues/concerns, troubleshoot problems, and proactively implement creative solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate information on products/services or troubleshoot issues within the specified time frames as agreed upon with the client.
  • Focus on enabling quality deliverables and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular and meaningful updates to clients, stakeholders, and TL/Management.
  • Interact with internal and external customers to meet process deliverables.
  • Manage and resolve escalations and issues raised by customers.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all knowledge-related issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis on errors made by team members.
  • Handle supervisor calls and escalation calls.
  • Identify areas of process improvement and work effectively within the organization to implement timely resolutions. Improvements should target increasing client satisfaction and/or company profitability.
  • Ensure quality in all work performed by the team and provide support to front-line employees (Sr. Process Consultants and Team Leaders).
  • Coordinate with the Manager Operations to balance the needs of individual teams with those of the entire organization.
  • Promote teamwork and cooperative efforts.
  • Help train and provide guidance to other Supervisors within the organization.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and unobstructed work area, practicing good safety habits.
  • Provide the highest quality service to internal and external customers.
