3. Market Research and Analysis:

4. Customer Service and Support:

5. Distributor Management:
• Assist in managing relationships with distributors and wholesalers, providing support to

• Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with distributors.
6. Order Processing and Fulfillment:
• Process client orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth transportation and distribution of
goods.
• Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, such as stock shortages or delivery delays.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market research
findings.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance
metrics and insights.
• Provide input for strategic planning and decision-making based on market analysis and client
feedback.
8. Training and Development:
• Provide training and support to clients and distributors on product features, usage, and
benefits.
