Assistant General manager operations For RCM at Sagility Health , HYD

We are hiring for the position of Assistant General Manager - Operations for Hospital and Physician Billing.

We are looking for someone with strong operations experience in the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) industry. The ideal candidate will have:

• Mandatory experience in AR Calling and Denials management.
• Proven expertise in client handling and process improvements.
• A strong background in P&L management.
• Experience managing at least 200-300 FTEs (Full-Time Equivalents).
• Excellent English communication skills.

Position: Assistant General Manager - Operations
Experience: 15-20 years
CTC: As per industry standards
Work Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad
Shift: 4 PM to 3 AM (8-hour window)
Cab: Pick-up and drop-off provided.

(a) Planning & Organizing:

• Work with Program Head to help the account grow through Account Mining
• Prepare program budget and plan manpower
• Track program performance and its impact on the financial goals

(b) Directing & Monitoring:

• Lead the Program to achieve the agreed goals

(c) Accountability

Handle end to end operations of the Program efficiently and effectively

Consistently meet program SLAs across sub/ processes

• Ensure profitability of the process through cost optimization and accurate forecasting

(d) Problem Solving & Decision making

• Understand and manage the P&L for the process
• Learn to lead effectively in crisis, keeping focus on key information and decision points.

a) Relationship Building

• Coordinating with the client on process related issues & updates

Build and Manage successful Client Relationships

• Liaison with Client representatives to manage partner perception and day to day operational requirements

Manage daily performance to ensure that all Associates, Team Leads and Unit Leads are providing excellent Customer Service to all customers (internal and external).

• Identify potential candidates for succession planning and create development pathway for them

Mandatory skills : Should have strong exposure in RCM operations , AR Calling , Hospital or physicians billing experience with at least 200+ team size handling

Excellent English communication skills , strong people and client management skills .

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should have minimum of 14+ years of experience in US Healthcare.

Should have experience managing teams for Provider RCM in US Healthcare Domain .

Should be managing large team, with leaders reporting into.

Should have managed End to End RCM accounts in the past.
