Induct newly hired employee hire

- Ability to connect with young talent at an early stage (0-90)

- Will be managing the headcount of 450-500

- Communicate Effectively

- Can explain employee benefits

- Can maintain basic data/report

- Have Strong Ethics

- Love Learning/Quick learner

- Conduct Introductory sessions

- Conduct fun activities

- Conduct policy sessions

- Should know local language

- Smart and positive attitude

- High on energy

- Maintain process related reports

- Attrition Control through connects,
persuasive talks, Conduct SKIPS, HR
Connects and other open forums &
Townhalls

- Retain employees

- Drive, VOE, ESAT participation,
drive action plans

Knowledge of local language is mandatory.
