About the Opportunity:

• Work with product managers, business analysts, and engineers to produce and maintain documentation as follows

1. Release Notes
2. Process documentation
3. User Guides
4. Integration Guides
5. API Developer Guides
6. In platform documentation (tooltips, instructions, etc.).

• Build and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as online video, demos, guided tours, and other educational techniques.
• Translate complex software concepts into communication that is engaging and understood by users.
• Act as an editor to ensure consistency in documentation.
• Understand current documentation processes
• Understand tools used: Microsoft Suite and MadCap for content management & publishing
