Sagar Asia is looking to hire an experienced key account manager to maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients in its business verticals Access Equipment, Aircraft Docking Systems, Wind Lifts, Ladders etc . The key account manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops. Candidates should also be able to develop relationships with potential clients. Looking for Candidates with experience in Industrial Sales, channel Sales, Government Sales.

Role & responsibilities

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.(Industrial, Government and Channel)
• Addressing and resolving key clients complaints and acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
• Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients needs are met.
• Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
• Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
• Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals as OTIF.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with varied experiences in Industrial Sales, Channel Sales, Government Sales need to apply.
• Persons who have previous experience in selling Aluminum Ladders, Scaffolds, Platforms, Aircraft Docking Systems, Wind Electric Tower Lifts, Ladders etc are preferred.
• A strong team player with ability to instill pride and confidence in the team about the company and the brand.
• Excellent working knoweledge of the product, understand design drawings and ability to suggest suitable products and present a fair idea of the product, company and the brand image.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, CRM and tender process and working with large industrial customers.
• Ability to work with multi cultural/language teams and integrate systems and people.
• Day to Day MIS reporting, interactions with customers, internal teams like production, product design, engineering, SCM, commerical teams and finance to generate inputs for the customers and realise receipts from customers.

Experience / Exposure

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field with engineering degree as the base.
• Proven experience in key account management
• Ability to learn and impart knowledge of the products to and guide the team to achieve the targets.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
• The ability to build rapport with key clients and the ability to handle multiple client accounts.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills and exceptional customer service skills Excellent man-management skills and optimisation of work, resources and plans for the day/week/month & year.
• Should be a go getter and create a pipeline of orders and work as the total solution provider to the clients.
• Experience in Sales of Wind Tower Internals, Lifts / Elevator Industry preferred.
