Qualification-MBA/M-Pharma.

(1) Must have exposure in Pharmaceutical Industry

(2) Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

(3) Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

(4) Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

(5) Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

(6) Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

(7) Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

(8) Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

(9) Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team

(10) Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates

(11) Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products

(12) Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptlys

Must have knowledge about OSD Formulation Plant.
