Role & responsibilities
- Coordinates the different operational processes (Incident, Change and Service Request)
- Change and Project planification
- Ability to challenge, recommend and redirect teams to ensure the operations and sla expectation
- Coordinate the operations acceptance process to ensure the landing of project into production
- Reporting & continuous improvements
