Cloud Database Administrator

At the Group Cloud Services in the IS Central, you will have the responsability :
- Responsible of the design, implementation and management of the database on the platform and services
- Ensure the availability and Health of the different deployed database
- Contribute to complete automation of the delivery / operations / reliability of the differents databases to facilate the consumption of the services
- Identify single point of failure and propose mitigations
- Handle Incident, problems and change for all the databases services

Role & responsibilities

- Design, implement and operate the different database with a focus on security, networking policy, service routing, high availability, observability with a gitops oriented model

- Support infrastructure and hosted applications (Incident, Changes, Requests, Release, etc)

- Resolve and troubleshoot incidents and problems

- Implement changes and request according to Service Level agreements

- Ensure proper health of the database with Monitoring and Eventing

- Ensure Database performance Tuning

- Plan regular testing of operational processes (Backup, Restore, DRP, etc)

- Create Runbook to automate and resolve incident quickly

- Monitor capacity and performance on the databases
