Incident Manager

Is responsible for major INCIDENT MANAGEMENT Operations :
1. Operational Incident follow up, to control process application and for P1/Major communication process with all the stakeholders (Safran/external), manage task force (crisis) , communication (Management/end-user) or escalation if needed,
2. Create and update the incident documentation ( process, work instructions, best practices, post mortem),
3. Participate on daily follow up meeting accordingly with the other Incident managers
4. Follow up SLA and propose new operational KPIs on Incident,
5. Coordinate with Problem, Configuration and Change managers in order to share information, a dedicated coordination meeting is scheduled with Problem management
6. Participate to the Incident Community at Group level : workhops, actions plan, work instructions, best practices,

Role & responsibilities

Develop a good knowledge about Safran Infrastructure and applications scope

Relevant ITIL Certification would be an added advantage.

Good knowledge of ITSM Service Now. Good Knowledge on Power BI report configuration will be appreciated

Fluent English, reading / understanding French is a plus
