Job Title: CA / Inter CA Tax, Compliance & Financial Reporting

Job Summary:

We are looking for a CA or Inter CA with expertise in TDS, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Compliance, and Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing statutory compliance, tax filings, audits, and financial reporting for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Taxation & TDS Compliance

Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), including calculation, deduction, deposit, and return filing.

Ensure GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliation, and audits.

Handle Income Tax compliance, advance tax calculations, and assessments.

Assist in tax audits and statutory audits.

Respond to notices from Income Tax, GST, and other tax authorities.

2. Compliance & Regulatory Filings

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, and relevant tax laws.

Manage ROC filings, GST registrations, and regulatory reporting.

Handle internal and external audits and assist in regulatory inspections.

3. Financial Reporting & Accounting

Prepare financial statements as per IND AS/IFRS.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
