SAEL - Deputy Manager - Project Finance (4-6 yrs)

Position - Deputy Manager - Project Funding

Qualification - A chartered accountant or a MBA from a reputed business school with a prior experience of 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial modeling, preparation of teaser, information memorandum and presentation for onward sharing with lenders and investors.

- Preparation of financial models to check the viability & feasibility of the projects by performing various scenario analyses.

- Review of legal documents leading to definitive agreements.

- Coordination between various transaction advisors viz technical, financial and legal for structuring the transaction, preparation of materials including TEV study reports, LLC reports/opinions for lenders and investors

- Interaction with clients and lenders to comply with the loan disbursement conditions.

- All aspects of an engagement - ascertaining issues, functional overview & analysis, identifying gaps, synthesizing project estimates to conclusions.
