Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Design Engineering - Hybrid Projects

About:

- Designing and detailed engineering of Electrical and control systems aspect of Hybrid (ESS + Wind) solutions.

- Battery capacity finalization as per the requirement of various global tenders.

- Design and integrate BESS systems for utility scale (stand-alone), micro-grids and solar hybrid BESS systems including containerized, and modular systems (both DC and AC coupled).

- This requires consulting for utilities, developers and contractors in economic evaluations, analysis of system data, use cases, system studies, DC protection systems and applicable codes and standards (including fire and building codes).

- Design Feasibility as per the load cycles and various application cases of round the clock (RTC) project

- Preparation of technical specifications of WTG , ESS and Solar .

- Production of detailed construction drawings.

- Designing of Electrical panels, Cable sizing, Busbar sizing. Switchgear selection etc.

- Design compliance checks throughout the design process.

- Integration of Battery packs, hardware, and its software part.

- Candidate will be Responsible for meeting internal and external deadlines.

- Responsible for wind data validation & Quality analysis. Estimating Annual Energy, Wind data analysis and Long-term wind data correction, Micro siting, Energy yield Assessment.

- Identifying and optimizing wind farm layout.

- Calculation of P50, P75, P90 & P99 numbers.

- Vendor Management for installation of wind mast and sensor specifications.

- Responsible for resource analysis of Wind Solar hybrid system, Power Curve Testing & Performance Monitoring as per IEC guidelines.

- Manage all kinds of Wind Turbine Foundation design /Validation and assisted construction work on site. Assisting in preparation of plant layouts and general arrangements of Road,

- Review of detailed drawings for structure and foundation for all Control room buildings and equipment foundations design in Wind power plant projects. Review, Analysis, design and detailing of Crane Hard stand, Road, drain, boundary fence, Equipment foundations (transformer, & Breaker) and gate with respect to Quality, Cost and Time.

- Interaction with Developers & OEM for Drawing Approval and Clarification.

Required Experience/Skills:

- Electrical System Design, Round the clock project

- Technical Knowledge & Experience in Power Systems & Power electronics application in Power systems (Power electronics converter application & control to power systems.

- Experience in BESS & ESS Sizing, Control, Design, Validation and Testing.

- Experience in Power systems modelling/studies/component selection.

- Plan, organize and run day-to-day Design jobs efficiently Autocad-Electrical,
