Senior Accountant - Manufacturing Firm (3-5 yrs)

Experience : 3+ Years(Manufacturing)

- Knowledge on Import /Export documentation

- Hands on Experience with Advanced Excel

- Software Knowledge: Tally/ERP

Job Responsibilities:

- Checking Quotation with PO, Raising Performa Invoice, Debtors follow up, MIS preparation

- Raising Tax Invoice, Delivery challan's & E way bill, coordinate with concern person for dispatch, mail & courier invoice to client.

- Purchase invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note, Payment, Receipt, Expenses, entries in tally

- Checking purchase invoices with GRN & PO, releasing payment accordingly after checking the ledger of vendor, deduction of TDS if required

- Debi/Credit Card expenses entries- bills collecting, monthly reconciliation , Employees General Expenses checking & Payment process , Monthly utility bills payment & other monthly due payment (Rent, Maintenance, etc. )

- Factory petty cash, Office Petty Cash, Bank Reconciliation.

- Preparation of GSTR1 & GSTR 3B of all the companies monthly , GSTR 9 Annual return, working of TDS & online payment , TDS Return, TDS 26AS Reconciliation
