Job Description

-Over all 5+ years of professional experience on Citrix administration, Remote Desktop Support Engineer and Technical Support Engineer.

-Experience in administering and supporting Citrix XenApp 4.5/6.5/7.x, XenDesktop 5.6, 7.x and PVS 6.1/7.x environments.

-Work with vendors on problem resolution including Microsoft, Citrix and application vendors.

-Experience in administering and supporting VMware ESXi Servers (5.0/5.5) and Citrix XenServer (6.X) environments.

-Monitor and troubleshoot windows applications on the Citrix Farm servers.

-Excellent experience and knowledge with designing installing and implementing VMware ESX server, VMware virtual center, setting up V-Motion, HA, DRS.

-Expertise on ESXi and ESX Architecture, guest OS installation, setting up of VM priorities, Cloning and Snapshots

-Coordinating with vendors for hardware replacements and other issues globally.

-Ability to manage Incident, Change & Problem Management.

-Expertise in remote administration of large server networks.

-Ability to work as either a team player or individually and adhere to the client time schedules.

-Exceptionally well organized, strong work ethics and willingness to work hard to achieve employer objectives.

-Worked on several published applications issues and having hands on experience on troubleshooting the issues.

-Knowledge on Appsense and NetScaler.

-Having Experience on Troubleshooting with respect to XenApp and XenDesktop

-Worked on Remote management of servers using HP ILO and RDP.

-Maintaining and creating user accounts and groups by assigning permissions
