Description: Ensuring timely & accurate capitalization of assets in correct category Ensuring timely month end activities depreciation run Month End Provisioning and GL entry Monthly GL Analysis Preparation of Balance Sheet Reconciliations Preparation of FAR Preparation of month end Critical Reconciliation- FA-GL, AP-GL Ensuring periodic physical verification of assets with sign off Tracking Insurance policies for Fixed Assets and ensuring timely renewal of policies Monthly Report on Internal Audit Recommendations Preparation of Month End Compliance Certificate Handling Internal /Statutory Audit Complying with proper record maintenance & record retention requirements Adhere various control/compliance requirements w.r.t FA/GL process e.g, Control over Vendor Master SOD compliances, Sox controls etc. Liaise with all cross functional teams (Admin/IT/HR etc.) for month end provisions or any other issues/support required
