The HRD Executive is responsible for managing key human resource functions, including employee engagement, and development. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulations.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace morale and culture.
Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and career development plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues with a focus on conflict resolution and workplace harmony.
Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases and systems.

Qualifications Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information and manage sensitive HR issues with discretion.
