1. Banking or Transactions Expertise: A strong background in managing products or projects within the banking sector, or extensive experience in transaction-related processes, providing a solid understanding of payment ecosystems, industry regulations, and the operational nuances of financial products.
2. Experience with Issuing and Processing: In-depth knowledge of card issuing and payment processing systems, including an understanding of how these systems integrate with banking infrastructures. This experience will be crucial in addressing issues related to compliance, security, and customer experience.
3. Strong Stakeholder Management: A proven ability to manage and collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and client requirements. Effective stakeholder engagement is vital to navigating complex regulatory and operational requirements.
