For our client, a 3 decades old pharmaceutical chemicals manufacturing company, an H.R Manager to head the H.R department at their H.O near Andheri.

HR Manager Duties and Responsibilities:-


HR Managers have a multi-faceted role, as they are responsible for overseeing all aspects related to the human resources function in an organization.

This includes managing staff, overseeing departmental functions, and developing strategies and policies.


The duties and responsibilities of HR Managers include:

  • Planning and coordinating an organizations workforce to best use employees talents
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.

The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of human resources as well as general administrative responsibilities.

They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.

Responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile


Graduate preferably with a post graduate degree / diploma in human resources, having 10-20 years total experience out of which the last 10 years should be with a manaufacturing company.Must be resident of Mumbai who can commute to Andheri-Vile Parle comfortably.
