Handling export of various types of chemicals, including Dangerous Hazardous Cargo by sea air. Thorough knowledge of customs DGFT.
Knowledge of export related policies and Pre Post shipment documentation.
Service Tax refund filing of returns.
Processing of clearing agent and transportation bills.
Bank certificate of realisation. Export documentation banking accounting.
Prospect entries in SAP and Updating Customer Database.
Handle enquiries, Vendor registration, Quotations/ Tenders/Annual Rate Contract (ARC) and Orders related to Export.
Coordination with Logistics, Technical Customers for Sales Orders.
Correspondence with International Clientele.
Preparation of sales MIS. Handle ISO 9001-2008 activities Filing for Export Department.
