Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Design Development: Create engaging graphics for digital platforms (websites, apps, social media, email campaigns) and print materials (brochures, flyers, posters).
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers, content creators, and marketing teams to design educational content such as infographics, course materials, and eBooks.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the companys brand guidelines and reinforce our mission of innovative education.
• UI/UX Support: Collaborate with the product and development teams to design user interfaces for educational tools and applications.
• Motion Graphics: Develop animations and interactive visuals for explainer videos, tutorials, and social media campaigns (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 2-5 years in graphic design, preferably in an EdTech, tech, or education-related industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion graphics tools (After Effects or similar).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, especially digital designs and education-related work.
• Knowledge of design for responsive web and mobile platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with eLearning platforms, tools, or LMS design is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
